By buying a roll or uploading a photo, you agree to these terms.
The service
One Minute Moments lets an event host buy a roll: a shared, disposable photo album for a single event, where guests take a limited number of photos that everyone sees together. One payment per roll — no subscription and no account.
Payment
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Your receipt email contains the host link that controls your roll — keep it, because we cannot send it again. For a problem with a purchase, email us at the address below.
Your photos
Whoever takes a photo keeps ownership of it. By uploading, you grant us the limited license needed to store the photo, process it (resize it and strip its location metadata), and show it to the roll's guests. Only upload photos you have the right to share: photos you took yourself, that are legal to publish, and that the people in them would reasonably expect to be shared with the event's guests. You are responsible for what you upload.
Acceptable use
- Use a roll only for its intended purpose: sharing photos of your event with its guests.
- No illegal content of any kind. Unlawful material is removed and, where the law requires, reported.
- No harassment — do not use a roll to demean, threaten, or expose someone.
- No interfering with the service: no scraping, probing, guessing roll links, working around photo limits, or reselling access.
We may remove a photo or shut down a roll that violates these terms, without refund. To report a photo or roll, email us.
Rolls expire
Every roll is deleted at the end of its retention period, shown on the roll itself. Download the photos you want to keep before then — deleted photos cannot be recovered. One Minute Moments is a way to share an event, not a backup or archival service.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the roll involved.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision.
